Exchanges and Returns



Exchange and ReturnsPlease remember not to remove any labels/barcodes or tags attached to the items or dispose of packaging until you are sure you are keeping the garment.

Any* item(s) can be returned for an exchange, if it qualifies under the following terms:

The item(s) must be unworn and in unsoiled condition, complete with all attached labels/tags/barcodes, the original packaging and the invoice enclosed from the original order.

*Additional exceptions to the Returns Policy are: Underwear, Earrings & items sent back with a defined, strong odour such as strong cooking smells, cigarette smoke etc.

All items will be checked on receipt by our QC department.

Please note that we advise that ALL Returned goods should be sent by recorded delivery and the relevant insurance cover undertaken to cover yourselves against non delivery by your chosen courier.

Return for an Exchange
ExchangeHow to exchange an item for a different size:

Please return the products along with the invoice included with your order.

Please state on the bottom of the invoice the size of the replacement you require.

When we receive the item/s to be exchanged, we will process them as soon as possible and send them out to you free of charge.

How to exchange an item for a different item:

Select the item on the website you require and click the 'Add to Basket' button. This will bring up a shopping basket and will contain the Product Code for your new item, similiar to the example illustration below:


Find the Product ID


Please write this NEW product code and the SIZE you require on the bottom of the invoice to be returned to us with the product/s you wish to exchange. If the item you require is of lesser value we will refund the difference back to the card/account used in the original transaction.

If the item you require is of greater value, please state on the invoice that you "agree to the extra funds being debited from
the card/account in the original transaction."

PLEASE NOTE: AS WE RUN A FULLY LIVE WEBSITE IF THE SIZE YOU REQUIRE IS TEMPORARILY OUT-OF-STOCK, WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO DISCUSS ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS.


Return for an Refund
ExchangeHow to return an item/s for a refund.

Please note: The following guidelines must be adhered to to excercise the right to exchange/return items ordered from us:

  • All returned items must be received by us within 10 days of receipt of your goods.
  • Returned items must be undamaged in their original packaging with all labels, tags, barcodes still attached. Important: The original packaging must be undamaged and unmarked. Please do not write on boxed item packaging.
  • All items must be returned unworn with no evidence of scented deodorants or aftershaves.

All items will be Q.C. checked on return.

Please return your unwanted item/s back to us. On receipt, we will refund the cost of the item/s back to the card/account used in the original transaction.
