Key Colours to Wear for AW17

Amongst the usual popular colours to wear during the colder months, many other colours have been covering the catwalks during AW17 fashion weeks this year.

From the standard winter colours you’d expect to see, to some more unusual tones for this time of year – take a look at the 5 key colours to be wearing this season and our favourite pieces available at Mainline Menswear.

Moss Green

A colour that will suit any skin tone – Deep moss green shades were seen all over this year’s catwalks. This colour seems to be a popular choice every Autumn/Winter and for good reason.

This versatile shade of green can be paired with pretty much any other colour in your wardrobe.

Winter Whites

Probably not the most practical colour choice this season, white had quite a presence at men’s AW17 fashion weeks this year.

Literally any colour will pair with white well, so this colour is potentially the easiest to style this season.

Camel

We have certainly seen this trend before. Except this year, it’s not only restricted to outerwear. This season, you will be seeing head to toe camel.

Mixing different shades of camel and also patterns is going to be huge this Autumn/Winter.

Red

One of the less expected colours for this season – vivid reds were a popular choice for designers this Autumn/Winter.

Step aside burgundy, wearing bright red pieces can really make your outfit stand out even on the gloomiest of days.

Bright Orange

Usually designers opt for more muted/earthy tones. For AW17 however, they have gone in the opposite direction. Just like the popular red shades, burnt orange and bright orange are leading the way.

Make sure to be seen in any of these colours this season and you will definitely be staying on trend. Take a look at the full range of Autumn/Winter pieces online at Mainline Menswear now!
