Possibly one of the biggest sporting events of the year is officially less than a month away – the 2018 Russia World Cup, kicking off on the 14th June.
Understandably, the World Cup has a huge impact on not only the sporting world, but also the fashion world.
With it falling perfectly at the start of summer, national colours are going to have a strong presence this season.
Fred Perry are one of the brands to play on the pride people take in their team on the big stage, releasing 10 themed collector’s edition versions of their iconic polo shirt silhouette.
Each polo features the colours of each country – Such as England, Spain, France, Brazil and more. Each design is a two button, twin tipped collar polo with a coloured sleeve tip and the country name beneath the iconic Fred Perry wreath.
In anticipation of Russia 2018, adidas Originals have reissued some of their most popular football shirt from past World Cups.
They have revisited the ’86, ’90 and 94’ World Cups for their new collection of football kits. Each shirt has squad numbers on the back of the shirt as a tribute to the nation’s greatest players.
This collection features five different shirts made with flags from all over the world overlapped in a random manner on a black background.
