Mainline Menswear’s Christmas Exchange and Returns Policy

Here at Mainline Menswear, we want to make sure you have enough time to plan your Christmas presents and have enough time to return them if things don’t go to plan. As a result, we have decided to EXTEND our exchange/returns policy for Christmas. Don’t say we never spoil you.

Any order placed from 31st October 2018 to 24 December 2018 has until Monday 7 January 2019 to return for a refund and *Saturday 26 January 2019 to return for an exchange or credit note.

* Please be advised we will not accept any return that falls under our Christmas Returns Policy after this date.

We require the goods to be in the same condition you received them in, unworn and with the original tags still attached. Please do not worry if the packaging the items came in is ripped you can parcel them up in different outer packaging to return them. We also allow for items to have been tried on but not worn.

Please note that we advise that ALL returned goods should be sent using the Royal Mail Tracked Returns link on the exchange/returns page. If not, please ensure to use recorded delivery and add the relevant insurance to cover yourselves against non-delivery by your chosen courier.
