The Warehouse and Customer Services teams are the engine of the business, keeping the orders flowing and the customers happy on a daily basis. The Warehouse is ultimately responsible for both incoming and outgoing products, receiving the deliveries from the brands, processing the stock for listing on the website, picking the orders and dispatching them via the various couriers we use. Stock management is the key focus of a warehouse worker, ensuring that every item is accounted for and ready to be sold to the customer.

The Returns team is pretty self explanatory. Every retail business has to deal with unwanted gifts, incorrect sizes and faulty goods, and this is where the returns team comes in, taking your unwanted or incorrect items and ensuring that they are of the right quality to be resold.

Customer Services are the front line when it comes to pre and post sale care. Accessible via the phone, email, chat and social media the team are trained to deal with every query you have for them from returns, to deliveries to sizing queries. They also maintain the amazing FAQs section, enabling customers to find the answers to their questions quickly and efficiently.
