Christmas Returns Policy

We understand the importance of giving you plenty of time to plan your Christmas presents, while also offering you the flexibility to return them if needed. 

Customer satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities. Therefore, we have decided to extend our exchange and return policy for the Christmas season.

Any order placed from the 31st October 2024 to the 24th December 2024 would need to be returned back to the Warehouse by the 7th January 2025 for a refund, and by the *26th January 2025 for an exchange or credit note. 

* Please be advised we will not accept any return that falls under our Christmas Returns Policy after this date.

We require the goods to be in the same condition you received them in, unworn and with the original tags still attached. Please do not worry if the packaging the items came in is ripped – you can parcel them up in different outer packaging to return them. We also allow for items to have been tried on but not worn.

Please note that we advise that ALL returned goods should be sent using the Royal Mail Tracked Returns link here. If not, please use recorded delivery and add the relevant insurance to cover yourselves against non-delivery by your chosen courier.
