Our Exchange & Returns Policy
We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase, however, should you change your mind for any reason, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund. We do allow up to 30 days to return your items for an exchange or credit note.
All returned item(s) must be unworn and in a brand-new condition, complete with all attached labels/tags/barcodes. Please use appropriate packaging to return items to us. Any boxed items must be returned with the original packaging, undamaged.
If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the return’s timeframe, we will not be able to issue you with a refund. If the item is rejected and returned to you, you may be asked to cover the delivery charge.
We strongly recommend keeping hold of your postage receipt until your return has been processed by our Team.
To check the status of your return, please track your delivery using the tracking number provided to you when posting. Once delivered to our Warehouse, your return will be processed within a maximum of 7 working days. If you have used Royal Mail as your chosen carrier, you can track your return on the following link: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/
