ROLE OVERVIEW
Mainline Menswear is one of the largest independent retailers of men’s designer clothing in the UK, carrying all of the biggest names in the world of fashion and clothing. In line with continual company growth we are looking to recruit a talented IT Administrator to join us. Working within the existing IT team and reporting to the Head of Development the successful applicant will be responsible for helping to manage and maintain the IT processes and systems. You will be a bright, driven and energetic individual who can work alone or collaboratively to achieve project deadlines and targets.

Located on the outskirts of Scarborough, close to the A64, Seamer train station and public transport with free parking.

The role is full time, office based, and the working hours are 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Occasional emergency out of hours work may be required.

Competitive Salary, Dependent on Experience & Skillset
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and maintain the existing multi-site networking setup.
Manage internal servers and storage, active directory, backup and DR.
Maintain the antivirus solution for the business.
Maintain the ITIL with the rest of the IT team.
End User IT Support and recording of work via JIRA service desk.
Creation of technical documentation for fixes and processes.
Be a part of ALL IT related work and processes for the business.

SKILLS
Advanced experience in networking management such as VLAN, Routing, VPNs, troubleshooting etc.
Experience of how Windows and Mac operating systems work, Linux and mobile OS/MDMs would be advantageous.
Advanced experience in Microsoft Server 2016, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and O365 Administration.
Security compliance focused, with knowledge of GDPR, PCI and other relevant compliance.
Familiarity with a variety of hardware usually found within a typical business setup.
Relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification preferred but not essential.

Must be able to self-organise and manage / plan your own time effectively.
A positive attitude and energetic approach to any task.
Flexibility – ability to work in a fast paced and ever-changing dynamic business environment which will require the job holder to manage a large volume of high priority tasks.
Display a forward-thinking nature and be confident to communicate potential hurdles to the team and other departments.
