Introducing the G-Star Elwood X25 Collection
For Spring/Summer 2017, Pharrell Williams and G-Star Raw are reinterpreting the 3D G-Star icon that celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2016.
Pharrell Williams finally unveils his first project with G-Star Raw since being appointed Head of Imagination for the brand in 2016 – The G-Star Elwood X25.
This denim jeans collection includes 25 colourful prints ranging from check, camouflages and traditional patterns from all over the world, developed to break traditional codes of style and to allow you to decide what you wear, without context and without rules. All patterns were carefully selected by Pharrell himself.
“This collection is about freedom of choice – it’s about adding democracy to your wardrobe.” Pharrell commented at the unveiling in November. “The 25 prints are an expression of true creativity. They give the wearer the freedom to choose for themselves, and by doing so, empower the freedom to decide who they want to be and what they want to wear“.

The G-Star Elwood X25 collection is available in selected stores on 16th February 2017 – Including Mainline Menswear.
Projects that Pharrell Williams and G-Star Raw have collaborated on in the past include ‘Raw for the Oceans’ – transforming recycled ocean plastic into denim; providing incredible fashion whilst doing their part to help clean up the oceans.
In the future, Williams hopes to continue to shape the world of denim, pushing the boundaries even further to produce eye-catching and unique products. Their sustainability ambitions include striving to find an eco-friendlier material to work with than cotton – so there’s really nothing they’re not willing to try.
Here at Mainline Menswear, we stock a huge selection of G-Star Raw products, including jeans, t-shirts, jackets, shoes and much more.
