Henri Lloyd

Henri Lloyd was possibly one of the first brands available on the Mainline Menswear website and offers a superb range of clothing that mixes designer menswear with sailing, yachting and golf inspiring a classic range of men’s clothing that carries with it a technical element for some of their key designs. Usually centring around their high end range of jackets and outerwear you’ll occasionally find glass fibre jackets, reflective designs and a whole host of extras and details such as lining, zip and flap pockets and other wet weather must haves. This has made the brand popular over the years as you’d be able to mix fashion with high quality materials and now even adopt the brands ‘outdoor’ look that is fitting in with the autumn winter 2011 trend.

This season on Mainline Menswear Henri Lloyd is again joined by its younger, more edgy fashion brother the HL Jeans Co collection after a break of a couple of seasons. The original Henri Lloyd clothing brand has been in production in the UK since 1963 and was first established in Manchester, providing clothing and equipment for pole to pole expeditions, sailing races and much more. HL Jeans Co was established in the late noughties and was aimed at a much younger crowd, offering youth fashions, and more denims and in general a much wider range of colours and eye catching designs. This season expect to see padded gilets available in yellow, blue and green as well as fairisle knits, shawl necks and checked shirts that have a little bit of everything from the current season.

Henri Lloyd is very much the classic arm of the brand now offering much more subtle designs, toned down colours and signature branding on their winter warming designs of half zip or button jumpers, knitwear, sweatshirts, cardigans, jackets, polo shirts and jeans. The HL branding appears pretty much anywhere on a Henri Lloyd garment changing between the sleeve, chest and full fronted logo design. The clothing range for autumn winter 2011 looks absolutely amazing and between the two collections is well worth a good browse as they are spot on trend for the British fashion scene this season. Visit Mainline Menswear to snap up some winter warming clothes and some beautiful on trend designer clothing.
