Replay Hyperflex Jeans x Barcelona FC

Replay is an Italian jeans company, founded in 1981 within the company The Fashion Box. They produce high-quality, Italian fashion from smart to casual wear, including clothing, footwear and accessories. Since its creation, Replay has specialised in denim and branched out worldwide to sell its products in over 200 stores.

In 2013 Replay signed a four-year deal with the Spanish football club Barcelona. They provide clothing and footwear to the club’s sportsmen and women, as well as their first-team superstars. With just one year left of the deal, we thought we’d take a look at how the relationship has blossomed.

Barcelona is undoubtedly one of the biggest football clubs in the world. They have dominated La Liga in Spain for many years, claiming the title in both the 2014-15 and 2015-16 seasons. Their link with Replay provides them with both smart and casual wear. In return, Barcelona players including Neymar Jr and Andres Iniesta have been featured in their adverts.

The launch of Replay Hyperflex jeans was in late 2014; creating jeans that stretch and fit your body to allow extensive movement. The slogan of the jeans reflects what they allow you to do – “stretch your limits.”

Since the deal began, Replay has not only provided Barcelona FC with their incredible Hyperflex jeans but much more. Formal suits for award ceremonies (of which there’s been a lot!) have been crafted by Replay, as well as footwear. Replay has also provided clothing for many other people who work for the football club; so their collaboration isn’t just linked to the first-team players.

This partnership has proved hugely successful, for both the brand and the club. The Barcelona players are often seen wearing their Replay jeans, and the brand sales have soared as a response. The jeans are available in dark to lighter tones and come in a tapered leg style.
