Introducing the adidas Atric

New for SS18, adidas have release a brand-new silhouette, engineered as a pinnacle of technical innovation.

Inspired by water moccasins, these trainers utilise the properties of Merino wool to make a perfect barefoot-style shoe for summertime.

Made from adidas Primeknit with suede patches, these shoes are lined with sweat-wicking, 100% renewable Merino wool.

They fit like a sock and have an ultra-soft PU midsole. A durable rubber outsole wraps upwards, delivering amazing traction.

Before releasing to the public, adidas decided to put this new trainer through its paces.

First, they assessed its purpose built outsole wrapping to ensure enhanced performance and grip on any terrain.

Then the adidas team inspected the Atric’s premium Merino wool upper to ensure maximum comfort in changing weather conditions.

Finally, they analysed its specialised cut-out tooling to ensure airflow and breathability in high temperatures.

It’s safe to say the adidas Atric is truly ‘a shoe ready for any extreme’.
