Fred Perry x Twisted Wheel at Mainline Menswear
We’re really rolling out the collaborations on Mainline Menswear at the moment and hot on the heels of Bradley Wiggins and Pac Man Fred Perry have again brought a superb collection to the fashion world by creating an amazing tribute to Twisted Wheel – the Manchester nightclub that has been credited with being one of the first to play the music that we now know as Northern Soul. While the music went largely un-noticed by the mainstream media a group of music lovers made their way to the club week after week to enjoy the music and atmosphere. After the music it was all down to having the sharpest clothing and dance moves – which is exactly where the ever sharp Fred Perry comes into it.
The brand new Fred Perry x Twisted Wheel collaboration is available for a limited time only on the Mainline Menswear website in the Fred Perry section, and with 12 pieces currently available it’s a perfect size for music and fashion fans. The collection covers every angle as well starting with basic crew neck t shirts, classic polo shirts, long and short sleeve shirts, track tops, bags and even a signature Fred Perry Harrington jacket. Prices start at £35 for crew neck tees and end at £175 for the Harrington with typical Fred Perry pricing for the rest of the collection.
So what’s so great about this collaboration you may ask? It’s made by a leading British brand that has seen most things since its foundation in Fred Perry. The whole collection is right on trend for the autumn winter 2013 season, as you’d expect from a top designer name, but also the entire range is adorned by a series of circular Twisted Wheel badges and logos. The Lancashire Rose is evident as well as an ‘International All-Nighter’ slogan and a rather vintage looking Fred Perry logo. A must for Fred Perry, Twisted Wheel, fashion and music fans alike the Twisted Wheel x Fred Perry collaboration is online at Mainline Menswear but certainly won’t be around for long – so if this has caught your eye head over to the site now and get shopping.
